| 摘 要： | 在考察和分析我国大学科技园发展现状与管理模式的基础上，运用比较制度方法分析了我国大学科技园的建设和发展情况，提出从创新创业支持、人力资本形成、金融制度创新、创新文化塑造以及区域创新网络形成等方面来完善大学科技园制度。

We put foreword that the most important is that how to perfect the setup institutions , human capitals institutions, financial institutions, innovation culture institutions and innovational networks institutions in the recently future. |
