我国西部农业产业化经营模式选择及构建路径研究——基于贵州省调研分析

农业是我国西部地区的主要产业,西部地区的基本条件决定了只有走农业产业化经营道路,才能解决我国西部农业深层次矛盾。认真研究西部农业产业化经营问题,对于促进农业产业化经营从粗放型管理向集约化经营,加快农业现代化进程,促进国民经济中西部发展战略具有极其重要的意义。文章将位于我国西部的贵州省作为研究省份,选择了13个具有代表性的农区县市的农业产业化经营模式进行全面、深入、系统的实地调查研究。文章首先梳理了我国西部农区农业产业化经营模式的背景并通过调研数据分析了西部农区农业产业化经营模式的现状,发现了目前我国西部农区农业产业化经营的一些问题,针对这些问题为我国西部传统农区农业经营模式的选择提出一些合理建议,并探索出了适合我国西部农业的3类农业产业化经营模式构建路径——不完全合同制、间接合同制和农工商垂直一体化经营。

THE RESEARCH ON THE CHOICE OF AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRIALIZATION MANAGEMENT MODE AND THE PATH OF CONSTRUCTION IN WESTERN CHINA-BASED ON INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF GUIZHOU PROVINCE

Agriculture is the main industry in the western region of China. And the basic conditions of the western regions determines that the agricultural industrialization management is the only way to solve the deep-seated contradiction of agriculture in the western region of China. The agricultural industrialization management issues in the western region of China should be seriously studied because it is very important to promote agricultural industrialization operation of western region from extensive management to intensive management. Furthermore, the careful study of agricultural industrialization management can also accelerate agricultural modernization in the western region of China. Last but not least, the careful study of agricultural industrialization management is of great significance to promote central and western development strategy in the national economy. In this article, the Guizhou Province in the west of China is a research province. And we select 13 representative agriculture area of Guizhou province. A comprehensive, in-depth and systematic field research on the agricultural industrialization management pattern in the above area was conducted next. Through the investigation data we get, this paper first reviews the background of the western agricultural industrialization pattern and analyzes the current situation in western rural area of agricultural industrialization model. Several problems of western agricultural industrialization management are found next. Then we put forward some reasonable proposals to address these issues. At the end of this article, we have explored three ways which is imperfect contract system, indirect contract system and integration management of agriculture, industry and commerce to set up the mode of agricultural industrialization in the west of China.
