摘    要:电子商务在近几年得到了不断发展和丰富,企业之间的竞争也由于信息网络带来的先进技术而变得更加激烈,文章在分析了传统客户关系管理与电子商务环境下客户关系管理的关系的基础上,提供了一些在电子商务环境下的客户关系管理策略。

Abstract:The appearance of Internet has brought about a revolution of information and business . During these years, the concept and practical application system of Electronic Business have been developed and enriched.This rising business model will bring great changes to the market management, sales management and customer management of the enterprise, and the competition will become more fierce for the advanced information technology. This paper is to analyze the relationship of the customer relationship management under traditional environment and that under E-B environment, to push forward some strategies for customer relationship management.
