| 摘 要： | 当前我国社会主义市场经济条件下的社会劳动具有新的时代特征。在此情况下，如何看待精神劳动也创造价值，如何把握劳动价值步与按劳分配、按要素分配的关系，如何认识现阶段我国私营企业主的经营管理活动，是深刻认识劳动价值论必须探究清楚的一系列重要问题。
