| 摘 要： | 学生党员是我国高校学生中的优秀学生群体，蕴含着很强的创新和民主精神，在一定程度上集中体现了我国高校人才培养的目标和特点，影响着二级学院民主管理的内容、措施和手段。学生党员对二级学院学生管理工作提出好建议，促进学生民主管理工作更加科学化，更具民主性；以积极态度对教学管理提出合理建议，参与二级学院的教学民主管理；并以自身的管理实践和体验、传承二级学院的民主管理文化，使民主管理真正深入学生、老师和管理者的内心，成为大家自觉的行为，达到管理的充分科学化和民主化。
