| 摘 要： | 云南三江并流地区是具有全国生态重要性的区域,该区域包括许多不同类型的保护区域,且存在诸多重叠之处,这加剧了原本自然保护区与当地社会居民的利益冲突,利益相关者的数量增加,利益冲突加剧.本文在此基础上,指出各利益相关者的利益需求和冲突,并分析了利益冲突背后的深刻根源.

| Abstract: | Three Parallel Rivers of Yunnan Protected Areas, which is also national scenic area and world natural heritage including nine natural reserves and scenic spots, is a place of national ecological importance. The overlap among various areas worsens the interest conflicts between the protected area and local community.
