生产性服务业是打造国际制造业基地的保障

本文认为,生产性服务业是围绕企业生产进行的,随着我国区域制造业产业集群的发展,生产性服务业发展滞后的矛盾日益突出。江苏生产性服务业对外开放程度不高,集团化程度低,规模小,对服务业整体发展的拉动力不够,现代物流业发展滞后,技术研发的市场化程度低,中介咨询服务业国际化程度低,职业教育为制造业输送劳动力的能力不够。文章提出,加快生产性服务业发展是打造江苏沿江国际制造业基地的关键,应放开对生产性服务业的管制,开放生产性服务业市场,增强生产性服务业的市场竞争;大力发展电子商务,积极构建江苏现代物流信息交易平台;积极利用政策,重组和扶持江苏重点生产性服务企业上规模;建设生产性服务业新秩序。

Research on the Relationship between Manufactural Service and the Construction of International Manufactural Base

The author believes that speeding up the construction of manufactural service is the key point for the construction of international manufactural base in Jiangsu.There are some problems with Jiangsu's manufactural service.To construct Jiangsu's international manufactural base,we should,first,loosen the control on manufactural service and encourage market competition in manufactural service marekt;second,further open this market and decrease the percentage of state-owned enterprises;third,develop e-commerce and modern logistics inform ation exchange platform;and fourth,establish new order for manufactural service.
