| 摘 要： | 改善民营企业管理滞后问题,必须在产权制度、企业治理结构以及管理创新三方面取得突破:一要积极推进多元化产权制度改革,为提升管理奠定良好基础;二要建立健全企业法人治理结构,为提升管理创造良好环境;三要推动管理创新,为提升管理提供强大动力。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Chinese non-government-run enterprises, their backward management are prominent. The inner causes are as follows: backward ideas in management, backward management of strategy, imperfect system and shortage of talented persons with management experience. In order to improve the management of Chinese non-government-run enterprises, we must have a breakthrough in property right system, corporate management structure and management innovation. |
