基于Neural-FPA的装备软件研发工作量估算研究

摘    要:传统的马克思价值形成理论无法解释装备软件的价值形成过程,因其特点是生产复制成本几乎可以忽略,价值更多凝聚在研发阶段。因此如何科学度量装备软件的规模和研发工作量,为定价找到合理依据,是目前装备价格管理部门为适应信息化趋势所迫切要进行的工作。文中探讨了如何利用Neural-FPA模型进行这一工作。

Abstract:The value forming process of equipment software can't be explained by traditional Marxism Value Theory. Because for equipment software, production costs nearly nothing, and more value comes from the development phase. Accordingly, the work to find a reasonable method or model to measure the size and workload of equipment software is an urgent task for price fixing department. The paper studies how to solve the above question by Neural-FPA model.
