| 摘 要： | 在许多发达国家中，中小企业信息化蓬勃发展，并取得了巨大成就。在信息化发展道路上不同的国家有其不同的发展历程，本文从美国、日本的中小企业信息化现状等方面进行分析，并由此得出经验教训值得我国学习与借鉴。
