| 摘 要： | 针对水利基本建设财务管理工作存在的主要问题,提出明确财务管理工作应承担的责任;充分认识财务人员参与决策的重要性和会计核算责任;加强水利基建投资体制改革,合理确定投资方向和规模;加强培训,提高财务人员业务水平;加强对会计信息的收集分析,为投资决策提供依据等解决问题的对策。
