| 摘 要： | 通过收集新政实施后省内房地产企业的经营数据，结合问卷调研的实证方法，分析福建省房地产企业的风险识别与风险感知方面的能力，进一步寻求可量化可操作的风险评价方法，探索对房地产企业风险水平产生影响的重要因素，为福建省房地产企业的发展提供意见和建议。同时保持房地产业的持续稳定发展，促进海峡西岸经济区建设，进而保证国民经济的良性发展。

| Abstract: | This paper has collected the management data and made questionnaire survey of real estate enterprises in Fu- jian province, then analyses risk identification to find operation risk assessment method, and the important factor influ- ences the risk of real estate to offer valuable suggestion. Therefore, we can maintain the sustainable development in real estate industry and enhance the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits to promote sound and rapid development of the national economy. |
