| 摘 要： | 能源安全问题已经成为我国经济持续、健康和稳定发展的制约因素,并且其影响正日益延伸到社会生活的各个领域。因此,维护能源安全已经成为我国面临的一个重要课题。文章首先界定了能源安全的概念,在此基础上分析影响我国能源安全的主要因素,并建立了一套科学的能源安全预警指标体系,希望能为相关部门加强对能源安全的宏观管理提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Energy security is a important factor that affect development of economy in our country.So,China has faced a great challenge on energy security.Firstly,this paper defined the energy security from three aspects.Secondly,it analyzed the factors that affected energy security in China.Finally,the scientific index system of energy security was established in order to using for reference to macroscopically management of energy security in China. |
