| 摘 要： | 近年来,全国城镇居民人均可支配收入与农村居民人均纯收入的差距继续扩大,如何增加农民收入,缩小城乡差距,成为当前亟需解决的问题。文章从全球价值链这一新视角,探索增加农民收入的途径,为政府提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Recently,as the gap between the national per-capita disposable income of urban residents and the per-capita net income of rural people continues to expand,it comes to be an urgent need to solve the problem how to augment the income of rural people and narrow the gap.According to the analysis why they are on a low income,the article presents four avenues to increase their income which would also be provided as theory inferences for governments at all levels and decision-making departments to promote their income. |
