| 摘 要： | 在介绍几种组合评价法的基础上,以2005年保定市22个县的经济发展状况为实例,通过对这些组合评价法的事前事后检验,包括肯达尔一致性系数检验和斯皮尔曼等级相关系数检验,筛选出最优组合评价法：平均值法。它在一定程度上克服了采用单一综合评价法的片面性,并且在兼容性方面优于其他的组合评价法,兼容性越强,代表性更高,可靠性更高,以此作为评选最优评价方法的依据。

| Abstract: | This paper describes several portfolio assessment method,based on the order of 22 counties of Baoding in 2005′s economic development as an example,through the combination of these evaluation method of the pre-and post tests,including the Kendall coefficient of consistency tests and Spear Man rank correlation coefficient test,and filter out the optimal combination of evaluation method：the average method.It is to some extent overcome the single comprehensive evaluation of the one-sidedness,and compatibility is superior to other combinations of evaluation method,compatibility is stronger,more representative,and more reliable,as the optimal evaluation of selected method basis. |
