| 摘 要： | 农村公共产品,是农村经济社会发展的前提和基础,其有效供给已经成为新农村建设的关键。以青岛市为例,在总结已取得成效的基础上,分析了农村公共产品供给存在的供给总量依然不足、投入结构上不均衡、监督管理机制不健全等问题,提出了加速观念和政策创新的具体思路。

| Abstract: | Public goods in rural areas is prerequisite and basis in rural economic and social development.Effective supply is key new rural construction.In this paper,as an example Qingdao City,at the conclusion has been made the basis of the effectiveness,analysis the problem on the total supply less,balanced input structure,management mechanism unsound,put forward specific ideas,but accelerate innovation concepts and policies. |
