| 摘 要： | 网络文化在影响农村经济发展、生产生活的同时,也在考验着农村网络文化的建设和管理。这就要求我们必须高度重视,创新农村网络文化管理观念;以技术创新带动网络文化管理水平的提高;加强农村网络文化管理队伍建设;创新管理机制,实现管理上个人、组织和全民相结合;创新农村网络文化内容。
