| 摘 要： | 煤炭产业是我国最重要的能源产业之一。截至目前,内蒙古自治区已查明煤炭资源储量达到7016亿吨,居全国第一位。随着经济快速发展,煤炭需求不断增加,煤炭产业对生态环境产生的负面影响也逐步显现,并日益严重。内蒙古作为煤炭主产区,煤炭开采、运输和利用对当地乃至全国生态环境产生了重要影响。文章从发展循环经济的视角,探讨内蒙古煤炭产业发展面临的问题,并提出基本对策。

| Abstract: | China＇s coal industry is one of the most important energy industry.Up to now,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has identified coal reserves of 7 016 billion tons,ranking first in the country.With the rapid economic growth increased demand for coal,the coal industry has a negative impact on the environment gradually appeared,and growing.This article from the perspective of the development of circular economy,the development of Inner Mongolia coal industry is facing the issues and put forward the basic countermeasures. |
