山西平朔煤矿造林碳汇研究

摘    要:随着《京都议定书》的签订,减少CO2等温室气体的排放和减缓全球气候变暖趋势已成为世界各国关注的焦点。煤矿作为中国煤的主要来源,是最大的碳源。煤矿企业通过植树造林,一方面可以修复受损的矿区环境,另一方面可以通过森林巨大的碳汇功能缓解所释放的碳源,在清洁发展机制(CDM)等碳汇交易的机制下获得收益。文章以山西省平朔煤矿企业为研究地点,采用换算因子连续函数法计算出平朔煤矿企业通过植树造林产生的现有碳汇量为2.54万t,未来15年内的碳汇增长量为3.76万t,以80元每吨的价格计算,评估出现有碳汇的经济价值为202.94万元,未来15年内碳汇增长量的的价值为300.79万元,总碳汇价值量为505.73万元。总结得出结论:平朔煤矿企业通过植树造林所产生的碳汇有巨大的经济潜力。

Abstract:Since the sign of Kyoto Protocol,it has been becoming a focus that how to control the release of carbon dioxide and slow down the tendency of global warming.Coal mines are the major sources of carbon.By reforestation,coal mine enterprises can not only restore the destroyed environment but also counteract part of the carbon released.Further more,the coal mine enterprises can benefit from trade of the carbon sink with enterprises overseas through Clean Development Mechanism(CDM).The total amount of carbon sink through forestation of Pingshuo coal mine enterprise is calculated as 2.54 × 10^4 t.In the next 15 years,there will be 3.76 × 10^4 t added.The present total economic value is 2.03 × 10^6 yuan in the price of 80 yuan per t,and in the next 15 years,the valve will increase by 3.01 × 106 yuan,and the total economic valve will then be 5.06 × 10^6 yuan.Therefore,it can be concluded that there is a big economic potential from reforestry by Pingshuo mine enterprise.
