| 摘 要： | 佘湖山新城生态环境优美、交通区位优越、文化底蕴深厚,新城开发有着深厚的历史背景。文章在借鉴国内外新城开发经验,综合考虑城市总体要求、城市经济发展、新城自身特色等基础上,提出了新城的开发思路与规划理念,指出应强化其行政、金融、商务、商业、会展、文化、娱乐、休闲、游憩、居住等功能,并设计了新城的规划结构及道路与绿地系统。

| Abstract: | From sustainable development,overall requirements of city,urban economy development,local characteristics,this paper proposes the exploitation ideas and planning mentality of Shehushan new town,points out the functional localization,has given the planning structure,the consideration of road system and green space system planning. |
