新疆农业循环经济评价指标体系研究

发展农业循环经济已成为当今世界农业发展的潮流和趋势,成为21世纪农业发展的战略选择。十六届五中全会明确指出：大力发展循环经济是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会和实现可持续发展的重要途径。为了量化农业发展循环经济水平,分析存在问题,建立农业循环经济评价指标体系具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。文章以国家发改委等三部委联合下发的《循环经济评价指标体系》为参考依据和宏观指导,结合新疆实际情况,构建了新疆农业的循环经济评价指标体系。

Research on Evaluation of Agriculture Circular Economy in Xinjiang

It has become the world＇s agricultural development tendency to develop agriculture circular economy.It has become the 21st century agricultural development strategic choice.The sixteenth session of Fifth Plenary Session pointed out explicitly that,Develops the circulation economy is vigorously constructs resource conservation,the environment friendly society and realizes the sustainable development important way.For the quantification agricultural development circulation economical level,the analysis existence question,establishes the agricultural circulation economic evaluation target system to have the extremely important theory and the practice significance.This article depends on three ministries and commissions jointly after-crops ＂ Circulation Economic evaluation Target System＂ take national Development and Planning Commission as the reference and the macroscopic instruction,unifies the Xinjiang actual situation,has constructed the Xinjiang agriculture circulation economic evaluation target system.
