Moving Beyond a "Passing" Grade

If we were to give a grade to the survival environment for Chinese entrepreneurs,at most we could say it is"passing";a discouraging global economy,unfair policies,poor investment environments,financial difficulties and a lack qualified personnel...just how will China’s entrepreneurs deal and make decisions concerning these issues? This year’s survey report was conducted by the Horizon Research Consultancy Group at the behest of the Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum Development Research Foundation.The group surveyed 16 city and province level private enterprises to determine the conditions of the survival environment for Chinese enterprises as a whole,as well as provide data that can be used to improve and enhance the survivability of private enterprises.
