当前我国弱势群体权利保护问题日益凸显,成为影响我国社会发展的重要因素。完善弱势群体权利保护须构建以宪法为基础的多层次、立体化的弱势群体权利保护法律体系、健全弱势群体权利保护的相关法律机制及建立以政府为主导的社会保护体系。

On Protecting Right and Interests of Disadvantaged Groups in China

The issue of protecting right and interest of disadvantaged groups in China is now becoming more and more important. It has become one important factor to affect social development of China. In order to improve protection of disadvantaged groups' right and interest, we must set up multi-level laws based on constitution and establish mechanism and government-oriented system to safeguard right and interest of disadvantaged groups.
