摘    要:基于问卷调查数据,采用生态足迹方法研究计算了三江源区藏族牧民生命周期内消耗的草地生态足迹及其补偿标准,并结合研究区退化草地面积对移民的适宜数量进行了分析。结果显示,维持一个牧民一生饮食消耗所需的草地面积为2.44 hm~2,维持基本收入所需草地面积为3.88 hm~2,二者总计为6.32 hm~2。人均补偿标准应该为(人均寿命-现实年龄)×草地单价×6.32。以退化草地面积为核算依据,长江、黄河和澜沧江源区需要搬迁的移民数量总计为3.70万人,所需资金总量约为39.35亿元。

Compensation Standard and Suitable Number of Tibetan Immigration in Three River Source Region---An ecological-footprint and life-cycle-based method

Abstract:Based on the data from questionnaire investigation, we calculated grassland ecological foot-print and compensation standard of the ecological immigration in three river source region. Combined with the area of degraded grassland area, we also analyzed the suitable immigration number in this re-gion. The calculated method is recommended as ( Average life expectancy-Real age ) × Unit grass price × 6. 32. Results indicated that an average of 6. 32 hm2 is needed for a Tibetan immigration, which covers both life diet consumption 2. 44 hm2 and the basic income requirement 3. 88 hm2 . Ac-cording to the area of degraded grassland, the number of immigrants in the three river source region is recommended as 3. 70 ten thousand people. A total amount of 3. 935 billion RMB are needed for immi-gration compensation.
