摘    要:根据问卷调查对福建省居民的茶叶消费行为进行研究,从消费需求、购买价格等几方面揭示福建省居民茶叶消费的特点,分析影响福建省居民茶叶消费的主要因素。得出结论:福建省居民消费茶叶以乌龙茶为主,多选择在实体店购买1 000元/kg及以下品质优的"大众茶"。因此,在礼品茶消费大幅萎缩的情况下,开发适合老百姓消费得起的优质且普遍要求简化包装的"大众茶"显得尤为重要。

A Survey on Tea Consumption Behavior of Fujian Province

Abstract:Based on a large amount of questionnaire survey, the tea consumption behavior of residents in Fujian province was studied. The characteristics of tea consumption in Fujian province were ana-lyzed from the aspects of consumer demand and purchase price, and the main factors affecting the con-sumption of tea in Fujian province were analyzed. It can be concluded that Fujian province consumer price in 1000 yuan per kg and the quality of “the popular tea”, in the national routine frugal eight provisions, gift tea consumption shrinking dramatically, “the popular tea” development for the people affordable appears especially important, and “the popular tea” is generally required to simplify the packaging.
