我国资本外逃问题的原因、途径与对策

由于金融体制及国内风险等多方面原因，我国资本外逃现象日趋严重。我国的资本外逃主要通过经常项目下的贸易及非贸易渠道和资本项目下的境外投资及借助境外融资等途径。我们应继续推进金融深化，协调财政、货币、汇率政策，制定合理的外资政策，并加强国有资产管理。

Causes, pathes and countermeasures for capital loss in China

Because of financial system, domestic risk and so on, capital escaping problem of China is becoming more and more serious.This problem is caused through trade and non-trade channels under current accounts, investment from abroad under capital accounts and financing from abroad. We should continue to promote financial reform,coordinate policies of finance,currency and exchange rate, make reasonable foreign capital policy and consolidate state-run asset management.
