| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析我国电子采购平台的开发与应用现状认为,平台开发商尚不存在激烈的竞争,发展电子采购的社会基础正在形成。为发展电子采购,媒体要做好宣传和引导工作,企业要突破认识误区,平台开发商要加强技术攻坚,更多地为采购业主和供应商着想,国家要健全相关运行机制。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the development and the application of our country’s e-purchasing, the paper believes there is not keen competition between the developers, and the social basis of developing e-purchasing is being formed. In order to develop e-purchasing, the media must strengthen guidance, the enterprises must renew the cognition, the software developers must improve the technology for the customers, and the nation perfect the operational mechanism. |
