摘    要:建筑垃圾再生处理时会产生大量的再生细粉,造成环境污染和资源浪费。本研究采用不同粒径、不同掺量的再生细粉取代水泥配制发泡砂浆。试验结果表明:相同粒径的建筑垃圾再生细粉,随着掺量的增加,发泡砂浆的干表观密度降低,抗压强度降低,软化系数减小;不同粒径的建筑垃圾再生细粉,随着粒径减小,发泡砂浆干表观密度降低,抗压强度增大,软化系数提高。

Study on the Implication Application of Construction Waste Recycled Powder in Foamed Mortar

Abstract:Construction waste recycling will generate a lot of recycled powder, which will pollute the environment and waste resources. In this study, the cement has been replaced by different sizes or different contents of recycled powder for foamed mortar. The experiment results show that when the same particle size of recycled powder is used, the dry bulk density and compressive strength and softening coefficient of foamed mortar decrease with the increase of recycled powder content , while the different particle size of recycled powder is used, the dry bulk density of foamed mortar decreases, the compressive strength and softening coefficient increase with the decreasing particle size..
