摘    要:综述了废弃液晶显示面板偏光片、液晶、ITO膜及玻璃基板的资源化处理。认为:现有的处理技术大多存在不够系统化、处理成本高、附加值低、二次污染等问题,迄今为止还没有一条经济上可行的环保的工艺处理路线。开发出一条无害资源化处理工艺,利用剥离液将废弃液晶显示面板分离为偏光片、ITO膜和玻璃基板,再将其分别资源化利用为有机单体、金属铟和环保轻石,具有环保与资源双重意义。

Abstract:Resourceful treatment of the polarizer, liquid crystal, ITO film and glass substrate of waste liquid crystal display were summarized. The existing processing technologies were not systematic, with high treatment cost, low value-added, two pollution and so on. There was not a resource processing technology of waste liquid crystal display which economically feasible and environmental.The research group developed a resource processing technology of harmless. The waste liquid crystal display was separated to the polarizing film , ITO film and glass substrate using a stripping solution. Then they were resource utilized of organic monomer, indium and environmental light stone, which had double significance in environmental protection.
