| 摘 要： | 竞争性产业的价格管制是政府价格管制的重要组成部分,对不正当价格竞争行为进行管制是竞争性产业价格管制的主要内容.对竞争性产业不能实行统一的价格管制,也不宜一律禁止企业以低于生产成本的价格销售产品,禁止价格协调、限制控制零售价格、禁止价格歧视、禁止和限制掠夺性定价则是竞争性产业价格管制的主要内容.对竞争性产业进行有效的价格管制是竞争性产业高效率发展的重要条件.

| Abstract: | Price regulation for the competitive industries is an important part of the government price regulation, and one of its major contents is the regulation on the unjust activities of price competition. Neither imposing a uniform price regulation on all the competitive industries, nor insisting on uniformity in the prohibitions on enterprises over selling products at a price lower than the cost price, on price coordination or limitation of the control of retail price, on price discrimination or on predatory pricing are the main contents of the price regulation of the competitive industries. To carry on an effective price regulation for the competitive industries is an essential condition of the high-efficiency development of these industries. |
