| 摘 要： | 贫困学生资助工作的功能包含解困,即解决其经济上的困难;助学,即提高学生的综合素质和各种能力,从根本上增强其就业竞争力;育人,即注重道德素质、心理品质等方面的培养,引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观。民办高校学生资助部门应探索更为完善的学生资助体系,正确执行资助政策,在执行中渗透人文关怀,为贫困生提供个性化的资助,注重资助育人功能的发挥,为贫困生的成长成才搭建发展平台。

| Abstract: | The function of the funding work of poor students contains the solution that is to solve the economic difficulties;help student to improve students’ comprehensive qualities and abilities,enhance their employment competitive power fundamentally;education is to pay attention to the cultivation of the moral quality,psychological quality,guide them to establish a correct outlook on life and values.Student aid department should explore perfect system,the correct implementation of policy,humanistic concern in the implementation;provide personalized funding for poor students,pay attention to educational function of the subsidy of the play to build a development platform for the poor students’growth. |
