| 摘 要： | 在经济发展和社会进步的时代背景之下,高校教育管理应该顺应时代发展的潮流,将人本主义思想融入到高校教育管理之中。通过明确人本主义教育思想的内涵,指出当前高校教育管理工作中存在的问题,探求人本主义在高校教育管理中的重要性。将人本主义理念渗透到高校教育管理制度的建设之中,确立一切以人为中心,充分调动人的积极性、主观能动性和创造性,形成人性化的高校教育管理模式。

| Abstract: | In the era of economic development progress,teaching management should follow the trend of the times.The theory of humanism will be integrated into teaching management.By exploring the humanistic connotation of education,and gradually people will find several problems in teaching management of current college education,and then explore the important role that humanistic theory plays in education management of college.We will penetrate humanistic philosophy into college education management system,establishing all the human beings at the center place,and fully mobilizing the enthusiasm,initiative,creativity of human beings,finally establishing the formation of college education management that person-oriented. |
