| 摘 要： | 素质教育是一种以提高受教育者多方面素质为目标的教育模式,它重视人的思想道德素质、能力培养、个性发展、身心健康。将高校体育素质教育与现行课程有机地融合,是深化和发展高校素质教育培养现代高素质人才的基本途径和切实有效的办法。
