| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,城市商业银行的组建完善了我国金融机构体系,对地方经济的发展起到了重要的支持作用。城市商业银行自诞生之日起,就是我国金融领域的一项重要创新,它的发展壮大更是伴随着我国金融创新的不断推进,同时,城市商业银行也是各项金融创新的极大受益者。城市商业银行的发展与创新文化建设有着密切关系。在城市商业银行创新文化建设中还存在着对创新文化内涵认识不清、创新文化建设短期化、对创新文化的开展缺乏系统性等问题。因此,应针对存在的问题,提出城市商业银行加强创新文化建设的建议。

| Abstract: | Since 1980s,the construction of city business bank has made the structure of finance organization perfect which plays an import role in the development of local economic.It is an important innovation for finance and its fast development accompanied by the finance innovation.At the same time,city business bank is main beneficiary.Innovation activity is related with the construction of innovation culture.But there are some problems that the concept is not clear,the time is short,and the content is not systemic.So it need to create the concept,strengthen the differentiation and characteristics. |
