| 摘 要： | 执政党建设的理论，是无产阶级在夺取政权、掌握政权之后，对如何加强自身建设规律的正确认识和科学总结。马克思主义执政党建设问题，从列宁开始就提出并进行了有益的探索。新中国成立后，我党三代领导人对执政党建设问题进行了深刻思考，提出了一系列发人深省的见解，为丰富和发展马克思主义执政党建设理论作出了积极的贡献。
