Foreign-Funded Bank's Market Entry: From the Perspective of Economy-Switching Country

It is a hot issue among the western scholars＇ circle that foreign-funded bank enters the economy-swithcing country .This paper makes a brief introduction of the following： the definition of foreign-funded bank market entry, the mode of market entry, the determinants on the market entry, the determinants on the market entry to transition country, the determinants on the mode of market entry and the influence of foreign-funded banks＇ market entry on the host country＇s bank efficiency. Based on above, this paper tries to provide suggesitions and references on how to raise the appropriate policies and relevant advices on the further study.
