| 摘 要： | 当今金融开放条件下，国际资本流动更加频繁。国际资本中以投机或避险为目的的短期资本即国际游资，会对一国经济金融产生巨大冲击。本文即对金融开放背景下国际游资问题的国内外研究进行综述，以有助于我们进行更加深入的研究。

| Abstract: | Under the background of financial opening nowadays, the international capital flows more frequently. Short-term international capital for speculation or avoiding risk, namely hot money, would generate huge impact on one country＇s economy and finance. This paper makes a review of domestic and overseas studies on hot money in order to contribute to the further research. |
