| 摘 要： | 减特国有股成为关注的焦点。它可以培育竞争性的外部市场，完善公司内部治理结构，解决会计信息失真，也是实现现代企业制度的需要。在减特的过程中应注意：数量和比便同时减特；定价兼顾市场和净值；要注意减特的步骤和速度；要为国有股的退出建立财力平台。

| Abstract: | The convertibility of the state-owned shares has been the point at issue. It may cultivate the competitive outer market, perfect the structure of Co. Inner governance, solve information distortion and realize the system of modern Co. There are notes in the process. Number and rate are converted simultaneously. The pricing gives consideration to current price and net worth. Pay attention to the step and speed. Set up the financial platform for the secession of the state-owned shares. |
