非正规就业：理论层面上的社会承认

今天，由于解决劳动力出路的需要，非正规就业在对策层面上已受到越来越多的关注，但这是不够的。用非正规就业重构就业空间，一定要倚重于理论创新。“合法性质疑”，此乃关乎非正规就业命运核心问题，只有澄清它，非正规就业才能获得真正意义上的社会承认。为此，我们必须在经济的白与黑之间，区分出第三种经济。其中，紫色经济虽代表着非正规就业被称为隐性就业的那部分，但对社会弱势群体来说，在第三种经济中以劳动方式取得收入与在黑色经济中以非道德方式取得收入是有本质区别的，这就在理论层面上澄清了非正规就业本身存在的合理性。

Today,to meet the employment demand of labor force,people have paid more and more attention to informal employment on the strategic level.But there is still more to be done.To reconstruct employment structure through informal emloyment,we must depend on the theoretical innovation of informal employment.The question of informal employment's legitimacy is the key to shaping its destiny.Only the question of legitimacy is clarified,informal emloyment can be recognized by the society.Therefore,we must identify a third economy in the legal economy and the illegal one.This so called "purple economy" is regarded as the invisible employment sector of informal employment,but there exist fundamental differences between the labor income of socially disadvantaged group in this third type of economy and the immoral income in the illegal economy.In turn,it justifies the validity of informal employment from the theoretical perspective.
