| Abstract: | The lessee’s right of preemption in the ro le of right belongs to the right of formation.Sched-uled period？is mainly applicable to the right of formation.In the exceptional case it is applicable to the right of claim.The law should set the scheduled period to restrict the lessee’s right of preemption？to balance the interests of all parties. |
