| 摘 要： | 银行卡也存在诸多风险,社会上利用银行卡犯罪的案件越来越多,并且日益复杂。银行卡的安全问题日益凸显。本文探讨了银行卡内存款被冒领情况下法律责任的有关问题,提出了既要改变归责原则,又要有责任限额的规定,同时要改变挂失风险的承担者,最后要完善相关制度以防范银行卡存款被冒领的风险。
