| 摘 要： | 面临全球变暖和气候恶化,具有低能耗、低污染、低排放特征的低碳经济模式日趋成为世界各国探求经济增长与环境保护的平衡途径解决之道。针对我国经济转型的需要,本文试图通过对现今我国存有的诸多问题进行剖析,最终认为产业结构调整需要遵循经济发展的基本原则,考虑我国经济社会的基本现状,并且依靠国家战略与政策的引导、能源结构优化、传统高碳产业改善、科技进步等一系列辅助策略。
