| 摘 要： | 文章通过SWOT分析法分析了目前江苏、浙江、上海三个地区产业集群的整体状况,总结出目前长三角地区产业集群的内部优势、劣势和外部机遇、威胁以及其发展过程中存在的问题。最后,依据TOWS矩阵模式向政府及集群企业提出适应产业集群发展需求的政策建议,从而促进我国长三角地区产业集群的健康快速发展。

| Abstract: | This thesis adopts SWOT analysis to analyze the whole actuality of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai areas and sums up the current characteristics and problems that exist in that area.At last,basing on the TOWS matrix,I make some policy suggestions to our government that they should adopt corresponding policies to satisfy the cluster's need of development,consequently they can promote Chinese clusters healthy and quickly development. |
