| 摘 要： | 区域产业的战略选择对区域长远发展至关重要。文中以西安市长延堡街道办事处为例,从微区位的视角分析了其产业区位条件、产业基础、人文生态环境、政策因素、区域协作等6个方面,分析认为发展以现代服务业为主的第三产业是本地区产业发展的现实选择,在此基础上,提出了有针对性的产业空间布局优化对策。

| Abstract: | Industry Strategy is very important for regional development.This paper taking Changyanbao area？as the object of micro-location research,analyzes of its six aspects of industrial development,including conditions of industrial location,industrial base,human ecology,policy factors,and regional cooperation.Studies suggest that,the development of modern service industry is a realistic choice of the regional development.Finally,Targeted recommendations also proposed in this paper. |
