西部农村养老保障问题及对策研究

随着农村老龄化问题的突出及传统养老模式保障功能的弱化,我国农村养老面临着严峻的挑战。本文通过对西部农村养老保障现状的调查及相关统计数据的分析,发现当前我国西部农村在养老保障方面存在政府缺位严重、农民养老支出少、保障水平差等问题,建议国家与当地政府应加大对西部农村养老保障的支持力度,积极探索适合当地农民需求有效的养老保障模式,切实保障西部农村老年人的合法权益。
