| 摘 要： | 从现状来看,中部的产业集群正在迅猛地崛起,已经由过去的点状零星发展转向了带状大规模化发展。如今,中部产业集群发展所面对的问题和机遇众多,但容易忽视的问题之一是生态环境保护和资源有效的可持续利用。因此,中部地区在大力发展产业集群的同时充分思考产业集群发展在低碳经济理念下如何合理地平衡生态环境和经济利益的矛盾,有着其现实和理论的意义。
