| 摘 要： | 随着国家科技创新体系的不断发展,以省为主体的区域科技创新体系也在蓬勃发展。为了配合辽宁省科技创新体系的创建,对辽宁省内的国家重点实验室资源配置状况进行了DEA有效性分析,阐述了影响资源优化配置的主要原因,并提了出相关政策建议。
