城市商业银行制度变迁困境与战略转型:基于熵增理论的分析

我国城市商业银行经过10年风雨磨砺,虽然立住了市场脚跟,但面对入世承诺兑现和国有银行股改后的压力,又一次走到了谋求发展新路的岔口。本文从熵增理论出发,探讨了城市商业银行发展过程中的熵增效应,并从制度视角提出发挥政府在城市商业银行制度变迁中的主导作用,引进外部负熵流,帮助城市商业银行走出现行困境。
