| Abstract: | The polytechnic colleges should adapt themselves to the demands of the society for the skilled workers with professional knowledge. They should also provide high quality services of vocational education for social and local economic development, by means of emphasizing the practical courses, training the student's abilities for professional work and stressing the characteristics of vocational education. |
