| 摘 要： | 本文分析了虚拟企业存在的合理性和优势,指出诚信缺失是导致许多虚拟企业最终走向失败的重要原因,本文针对虚拟企业提出了建立一整套诚信机制的方法,包括诚信意识、完善的制度体系以及有效的监督。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the rationality and advantages of the existence of the virtual enterprise. It points out the shortage of good faith is one of the important reasons that many virtual enterprises are failure in their operations. This article brings forward a method with which a series of faith mechanism will be established aimed at the virtual enterprises. It is composed with faith consciousness, consummate system and effective intendance. |
